MBDA Inc. approved the appointment of Doug Denneny as vice president for government relations. Denneny will be responsible for interpreting, communicating and optimizing MBDA’s relationship with the U.S. government and will focus on the U.S. Department of Defense budgets, programs and policy positions.

Captain Randall M. Hendrickson, who has been selected for rear admiral (lower half), will be assigned as deputy director, Missile Defense Agency, Washington, D.C. Hendrickson is currently serving as head, theater missile defense, N865, Offi ce of the Chief of Naval Operations.


Millennium Engineering and Integration Co. announced that T. Trase Travers was appointed the firm’s chief executive officer. Travers served as Millennium’s senior vice president for corporate development for the past 24 months, where he successfully managed Millennium’s entry into new strategic markets. Kerry Wisnosky, Millennium’s outgoing president and CEO, will remain on the Millennium Board of Directors.


Air Force Major General Chris Anzalone (Ret.) has been appointed president of L-3 Coleman Aerospace, a division of L-3 Communications.


Honeywell named Tim Mahoney president and CEO of its aerospace business. Mahoney will report to Honeywell’s Chairman and CEO Dave Cote. Mahoney succeeds Rob Gillette who is leaving Honeywell to become CEO of First Solar Inc., a Tempe, Ariz.-based manufacturer of solar modules. ♦
